- E-BK 310 LMo -15
|
310 LMo -15 is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum-covered electrode with a basic coating for welding austenitic stainless steels. It is also used for surfacing on low alloyed steels. The electrode combines good welding properties such as arc stability, low spatter and self peeling slag with very low impurity levels. Together with a high manganese content, this fully austenitic weld metal is very resistant to hot cracking.
Joining of dissimilar steels. Welding of plated steels. For saltwater and pit type corrosive applications. Welding of CrNiMo stainless steels. Chemical, petrochemical, and food industry applications. Underlayer for stainless steel coatings. Do not use on applications that are continuously submitted to temperatures between 600 and 900°C.???
Designed with low carbon levels to help eliminate carbide precipitation in high temperature service
