Stainless Steel Welding Electrode E BK Hard 65

E BK hard 65  is a Basic coated, high Chromium-Niobium-based hard facing and with high recovery 230% Super hardfacing electrode with very high content of carbide formers (Mo, V, W, Nb) for deposits subject to extreme sliding mineral abrasion. High hardness at elevated temperatures (up to 600 °C (1100 °F)) - (38-40 HRC)  Used in blast furnace cover mechanism, breakers, mixers, gimlet, non-steel and cement

Applications

Recommended for severe wear accompanied by moderate to high impact. Bone crushers, dredging teeth, feed screws in cement factories (fuller pumps) cement mixers, pulping knives, etc. This electrode with a recovery of 190% can be used for overlays with extremely abrasive and sliding wear resistance, but with a middle impact.
