- E-BKhard MnCr

Welding Electrode E BK Hard MnCr

E BK Hard MnCr is manganese steel with chromium carbide coated electrode for high impact and wear resistance

Applications

It is suitable for multi-layer build-up and has excellent work hardening. Hard facing of mining and rock-crushing machine parts as well as of hard manganese steel . austenitic manganese steel, high impact loads, hammers, crushers, rebuilding, hard facing, rails, crossings, Breaker teeth, etc.

Properties

This electrode with a recovery of 140% can be used for joining and overlay on manganese steels that are worn out and need to be rebuilt. Heat input should be below.  the increasing hardness of weld metal after operations including its exposure to impact and friction.   Good bond on steel, cast steel, and manganese steel. Smooth deposit with very low friction coefficient.
